How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is FREE for every order over $25. within our regular delivery area. See our Delivery Map for our covered areas around Central Florida. We charge a $5.00 delivery fee for orders under $25.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to a 6 county area including all of Orange, Seminole & Brevard Counties. We also serve parts of Lake, Osceola & Volusia counties, see our delivery schedule map.
When do you deliver to my area?
Our delivery schedule is geographically designed. We serve most areas once a week, see our delivery schedule map.
When is my deadline to order?
Place your order by 2pm. the day prior to your area's scheduled delivery day. Orders received after 2 pm. will not have guaranteed delivery for the next day.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No. We will leave your weather protected order at the front door or other specified location. Please make sure to provide your Building & Apartment # in the Special Instructions field at checkout. If you live in a gated or guarded community, please make arrangements to allow us access. Gate codes can be notated in Special Instructions at checkout.
How do I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & Amex. Our shopping cart provides secure online shopping with the ability to pay by credit card at checkout.
If you prefer to pay by check please contact us for pre-approval.
Can I come pick up my supplies?
Our warehouse is located in Longwood, FL. You are welcome to stop in & pick up your order between 10 am & 4 pm M-F. Please call ahead to confirm & we'll give you directions. 407-331-7387
